Description

We’re one of the fastest-growing creators, reaching over 150 million monthly views across Instagram and TikTok. We’re building a media brand and account identity that helps our audience of millions of people think deeply about connection.

As the Influencer Partnerships Manager Internship, you'll be responsible for identifying collaboration opportunities, expanding our network of creators, and helping drive the growth of the brand through strategic partnerships. This role is equal parts networking, advertising, relationship management, and creative strategy.

Responsibilities

• Source creators, influencers, experts, brands, and public figures for collaborations.
• Reach out to potential collaborators and manage communication from first contact through execution.
• Build long-term relationships with creators, managers, and agencies.
• Brainstorm collaboration concepts that feel authentic to both audiences.
• Identify sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sense of humor
• Excellent written / verbal communication and networking skills.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the creator economy.
• Creative thinker who can spot win-win collaboration opportunities.
• Recently graduated or currently in school

Nice to have

• Experience working with influencers, talent, PR, partnerships, or brand marketing is a plus, but not required.
